It was very easy to book an appointment online and choose the cleaning services I wanted. The prices quoted online were accurate and there were no other charges/fees assessed at completion. I received two friendly reminders about the scheduled appointment. Steve, the technician, texted me when he was on the way with an estimated time of arrival and arrived when he said he would. He was very polite and professional. He explained wat he was going to do and took precautions not to mark up the floors or wall corners with the hoses and cords. Steve did an amazing job cleaning my carpets (den, four bedrooms, closet/bath area, hallway and two stairs) and got up a few old stains. My carpets have never looked better! I would recommend Zerorez for carpet cleaning services. Steve explained that they also clean hardwoods, tile and furniture, if needed. Thanks Steve & Zerorez!
