I had to postpone and reschedule the 1st appointment. The person I spoke with did not cancel nor reschedule so someone called the 1stcdate to say they were on their way. Then no one showed up on the rescheduled date. Had me waiting for them to show up. They young men who eventually came were very polite. All well that ends well.
