Great communication amongst team and the individual who came out was very friendly and professional. We needed to get cigarette smoke and some serious stains the previous homeowners left on/in the carpet in our new home and the results were fantastic! Not all of the stains came out but that was due to them being there for many years and soaking into the rug, but the cigarette smoke has dissipated tremendously from before and larger black stains from foot traffic and furniture have been removed almost completely. I would highly recommend to friends and family or anyone looking for clean carpets!

I also like the idea that they use all natural cleaning products and no harsh chemicals. We have a dog and we wanted to make sure he was not going to be effected by the cleaning solution and smell.
