I cannot say enough about Zerorez and it's employees. I had a pipe break in my apartment that flooded the whole unit including my precious 8' x 11' rug. Zerorez arrived to pick up the rug and was very positive about helping me including a discount. I've used them before when I first moved into my apartment. They did an excellent job then! When you're in the middle of an incredible situation with possible damage to your rug, Zerorez was there for me.

Jason and Brandon arrived at our home and handled everything! They were so helpful, professional, and easy to work with.
Our rugs were taken offsite to be cleaned and Jason and Brandon were the ones that brought them back. I loved knowing that they would be handling everything from start to finish. They were awesome! So thankful zerorez has excellent staff!
