I like the customer service the most. They are prompt and friendly and easy to get an appointment scheduled. I did have a few spots they were not able to get completely clean. So I was a little disappointed with that. Otherwise all was good.

I like that the service from Zerorez is always consistent. I have confidence that each time Zerorez comes to clean our carpets and sectional couch it will be done well.
