The service technicians, Ti and Q were very professional. After they looked at the ducts and explained the situation, we opted to have the fogging and install an air purifier with UV light in both HVAC units instead of having the ducts cleaned. The air purifiers were installed in less than an hour.
My technician was courteous, friendly, early, as quiet as possible, and did a great job. My carpet is very clean, smells great, and was dry within 4 hours.
