My Zerorez service rep was so nice. He called to let me know he was on his way, then when arriving he introduced himself and then made sure his shoes were covered before he entered the house. The cleaning was for upstairs carpets and stairway, which he completed in less than 2 hours. I was so happy that it didn't take up the entire day.
The carpets look wonderful, and I certainly will recommend Zerorez service to all my friends.
