Keenan did a great job on my carpet. He was on time, friendly and professional. He looked at the areas that we were cleaning. Explained the process and told me the challenges with some of the stains I had. He promised he would do his best to get these stains out. Once he was finished he reviewed the job with me to make sure that I was satisfied. The results were better than I expected. I would definitely use Keenan and ZeroRes again. I love that you don't use soap and harsh chemicals and the essential oils smell good as well. My carpets are 20 years old but after the cleaning they look great! You successfully removed a lot of red clay stains and cleaned up accidents from our dog. In addition, the technician was very knowledgeable and polite and did a thorough job.

Zerorez use their own water and there's never any residue left in the carpet. The carpet dries well and the Carpet Technicians are relatively friendly, and do their best to accommodate you. Always knowledgeable about all of their products and services and what you may need.
