This company was recommended by my daughter who had used their service. I was extremely pleases with the office who set up the appointment and the follow up reminders if the appointment time and the alert that the service person was on the way asking for confirmation that I was at home and ready. Cameron was courteous, introducing himself and outlining how he would proceed with the carpet cleaning and verified the cost. He was efficient and had completed the work in an hour more or less. I am extremely impressed when people do exactly what they say in the timeframe agreed to. I give them a 10 out of 10-- especially Cameron.
The process of cleaning with just water, no residue left in carpet. Easy to schedule service and techs are normally very friendly and efficient. Carpet is very clean and my home has a fresh scent without deodorizers.

My tech was amazing. She was very knowledgeable of which products would work best for me. When she was done my carpet looked almost new. I have a German shepherd and she did an excellent job of cleaning all stains.

Your service technician was able to clean a carpet that I thought was unsaveable. She did a great job explaining the service that she was providing. She was there on time and got most of the really dark colored crud out of the carpet.
