Excellent product. Lifted up stains and excellent service.
I had zerorez out to clean my carpets. My dog had an accident. They came the first time and the smell came back after a day. I called them back and they offer a 30 day guarantee. So they came back and was able to fully alleviate the smell. Very happy with the customer service and the technician.
The products you use to clean my carpets are great for my carpets which were very dirty & were showing a lot of shoe traffic,-(color being light beige). The gentleman was very courteous.
