The men who pick up and return my area rugs are very professional and especially aware of the importance of their work by making sure placement and furniture arrangement is perfect. Taking photos of the space beforehand certainly makes this an easier process.

Expeditious service.

We love the results of our carpet cleaning experience (it’s clean, smells great, and our home feels cleaner). My real reason for cleaning the carpet was to remove bad stuff from the air. I felt our carpet was making us sick. And I believe I was right. The last few nights I have not been hacking and coughing.

We ended up paying for additional services that elevated our costs above the anticipated budget. But in the end, I believe the additional investment was worth it.

So, be prepared for upselling!!!
