Wonderful company and superb service. Made the appointment and Darius, my technician arrived right on schedule. He worked efficiently and wasted no time. A great personality and very professional. Answered all of my questions and explained the process and services available.
Called the next morning to get advice on drying the carpet faster. One of the managers, Andrew, responded promptly and came to my house to evaluate. I was using space heaters and found out this would delay the drying time as the best drying temperature was between 62-73 degrees. Andrew set up special fans, which he placed to better optimize the drying process. They worked very well. Problem solved.

My 8x11 rug is clean and fresh. This is the 2nd time that Zerorez has done this for me. The process is simple. The crew straighten the pad for me and placed the rug down. It took about 2 weeks but now everything is fresh and clean. Job well done for Spring. Thanks.
