Friendly, fast

The tech did a fine job cleaning the sofa, but I was not impressed with his attitude. He came in to our home with a bit of an attitude like he didn't want to be here. In the past your staff members have always been very friendly and upbeat. He spilled water on our area rug which required using a fan for several house to prevent the rug from being damaged.

Keenan Moore, Zerorez technician, was very knowledgeable, professional, polite, patient, well-trained, and highly skilled. He got out all the stains in a high-traffic area, that other Zerorez technicians said would not come out or could not be cleaned out.

He has a bery high level communication skills and Human relation skills. He would be be an excellent candidate for a mangerial training position. My carpeting looks brand new. I would prefer to have Keenan do my carpeting whenever I call in for a cleaning.
