My Zerorez tech, Terrance, was excellent in explaining exactly what he was going to do for my carpeting. He also explained additional services to take care of special cleaning for animal issues, which I had none, but he took the time to explain. The carpet cleaning took very little time for my 3 bedrooms, hallway and staircase. It looked marvelous when he finished and had me inspect the work. Also, he mention that they do floor and will be starting soon to do wood floors, which my first level is all wood. This will be considered once my TH is painted, possibly next year. Thank you for the wonderful service. This is my 3rd time to use Zerorez.
