The product was effective at cleaning and freshening our very soiled ottoman and sectional couch. The ottoman may require another cleaning to bring it to it's original beauty. For that I don't fault your product. The service was efficient and thorough, as well the communication was courteous and frequency was on an as needed basis.
I love the service very much , what I most like is that the Carpet drys very quickly and my Carpet looks amazing afterwards .
