Can I score higher than a 10? The service was exemplary from beginning to end. The person I spoke to that made my reservation was knowledgable, kind and proficient. Then, even though a service tech called out they were able to get a tech to my house within the agreed upon service window, which considering where I live was commendable. They kept me updated and offered me a small discount for the inconvenience. The inconvenience being that I was originally told that a tech would be at my house at 8am, considering where I lived. Honestly, I was thrilled they would come out this far. Anyway, the tech who showed up, showed out! He is why I wanted to score greater than a ten. His first name is Maurice. He was personable, considerate of my house, kind and a tremendous worker. He made my carpet look very good, and that was no small task. It was gross and he took great care to make it look as good as it could. I am grateful for the entire team, but more so for Maurice.

Zerorez did exactly as they said they would. They picked up our rug, did a great job cleaning it, returned it, and put it back in place perfectly. They were punctual picking up and delivering. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to anyone.

Technician did an excellent job! Very pleased with the results. Worked through a couple spots that I did not think he’d be able to remedy… it’s ALL like new again. Also, it feels new, too.

Representative Steve was prompt, professional, explained process well, and was straightforward about problem stained areas in my carpet. I admit I wasn’t too impressed with the way my carpet looked on the first day but I knew he tried his best to treat the problem areas. The next day, after vacuuming, the carpets started to look better and by day 3, they looked awesome and still do! Great job, Steve!
