Austin, the technician, was very friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job. The carpeting is the cleanest it's been since we've lived in our home (3 1/2 years in a house build in 1996). Austin also made sure he answered all my questions, gave me a quote before he started any work, and made sure I was more than satisfied with the work after completing it. I am very impressed with the technology and the customer service. Our grout and tile looks brand new! Thank you very much!

The drying time is nearly a quarter of the time as traditional cleaning methods. I also like that I'm not smelling excessive perfume type smells left by other treatments.

We had our carpet pulled and tightened and the guys that did it were great. They were nice, honest, clean and caring. The work they did was excellent. You can't even tell it was ever loose!
