We were very pleased with our Zerorez experience. The technician was very polite, helpful, knowledgeable and hard working. Our carpets look wonderful. Our steps upstairs were my main concern and they look better than they've ever looked before. It did take a while for the stairs especially to dry but the results are wonderful.
