My husband and I felt like the carpet was so much cleaner. When the cleaner arrived, we discussed what areas needed to be cleaned and Maurice went around with me and discussed what was needed. He offered other services as information but wasn’t pushy in any way. He went right to work and was done quickly. I could tell he made the effort to take care of the high traffic areas.

Your staff is very professional and friendly and do a thorough job. When we had a room with carpet cleaned that had coffee stains on it when he finished the job it looked like the stains were never there, but a couple of days later they came back. When I called you sent someone out to do a redo and this time when he hand washed the stains they went away and are still gone. We also had a reciliner cleaned that was REALLY dirty and when he finished it looked practically brand new.
