I was also contacted 30 minutes prior to the arrival of my specialist and as promised he was at my door in 30 mins. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the product and services. My wife was amazed at the difference the cleaning made and she was equally impressed with the gentleman that performed the work...his professionalism and work ethic (he even swept the hardwood floors where he had walked over to get to the carpets). Carpet stays clean for a long time after cleaning

Most important is that you do not use chemicals. I have environmental allergeis and eliminate chemicals whenever possible. Your online scheduler is easy to use, I received prompt follow up and the tech was on time. Lastly the technician was knowledgeable and efficient. He recommended other services but did not push to sell them. He got right to work and got finished in a timely manner.
