Even though you were late getting to our appointment - over 30 minutes after the 11am-2pm window, cleaning was done very quickly. I really thought that perhaps not enough time was given to cleaning 3 rooms and a staircase, but I am please with the results and the fact that 3 stains were removed and so far have not come back.

The technician was very nice and explained what things were. The worst of the equipment was kept outside and once the truck door was closed it wasn't that noisy.

This was our first time with zerorez and everything was most professional. The tech Andrew was on time and very informative. Andrew thoroughly covered the cleaning process as well as the chemicals he would use. Our biggest concern was getting the berber carpet clean in the family room. It now looks like new. He had done half of the berber and you could see a day and night difference from where he had cleaned and where he hadn't. We did the whole house and it looks great. Andew is a true professional and worked hard while he was here.
