I was satisfied with the serviceman that came, he was polite and courteous.
I will however comment on the fact that the edges of all the wall to wall carpets on second floor and the stairs were still left dirty. He explained that the machine could not get the edges! I took a cloth and your zero rez spray(that a previous cleaner left) and scrubbed the edges and it was cleaner and my cloth was dirty!
May I suggest that your machine either be fitted with an edger or that another machine is invented to clean edges. He did explain that it was dirty air ducts that created the dark on the edges and that it wouldn’t come out but a lot of it did when I used a cloth and your Zero Rez product!

Our tech was awesome, excellent customer service: friendly, professional, fast. He got on his hands and knees and scrubbed a few stains and every single one disappeared. We added some services and he worked on pricing with us and explained everything he did. Two rooms, a stairway, a hallway, and a stain guard applied to all of that and he was in/out in just over an hour. It’s been a couple weeks since our cleaning and I’m still remarking how great the carpet looks! Highly recommend.
