It was easy to schedule service.

The overall experience was great. We had one small issue; however, they immediately did what they could to resolve. My only complaint, if I had to have one is that they lure you in with a deal, then upsell with additional treatments (microbial spray, scotchguard,…). Not surprising; especially when the upsell worked so well.

I went into it saying, “well you are cleaning the carpets, why do I need to do more” mentality. It did make a difference, especially since we have a dog.

Overall, good experience and would use again.
