Service was great...Juan arrived early, explained about the cleaning product, did a great cleaning of our carpet. The rooms cleaned actually smelled fresh after the cleaning. The cleaning product did not make the carpet "sticky" like regular cleaners.
Carpets got cleaned better than expected and the guys who came out were very nice and knowledgeble and seemed to care about their work, especially Bobby!

The carpet looks great. I do have a small problem not related to the carpet. The truck was backed up next to some plants and killed a gardenia (it is about 10 years old and pretty large). Will you do anything? I can take a picture...
