Client Testimonials

Josue. He he was great on every level of customer care. He asked good questions making sure I was satisfied with each step of his process from the moment he knocked on the door. It was a Saturday 4 pm appointment ( on time ) with still one more stop for his day and was so pleasant. Great attitude! Second time we have used your company and is because there is not a better system we have used to clean our carpets. We used to use other companies because of " better deals" but the end results are not at the levels you provide.

No - I have never met Josue before I do not have any family or friends that work for Zerorez.

The look of carpet long after the service has been performed. The service technician was very knowledgable regarding other services offered by company.

Prompt and thorough cleaning that you know will get the job properly done!

Quick, effective cleaning process with less residue. That, to me, means a less sticky carpet for dirt to attach to after the cleaning. Our carpet looked fluffy, clean and new! Also, the Zerorez representative was polite and helpful. He made the experience an overall success.

The technician was polite, friendly, and efficient. He seemed knowledgable -- making recommendations that were practical and helpful, not just an attempt to sell something.

Very knowledgeable staff. It doesn't take long to get the work done and they let you know what to expect before the job is even started. Overall I was very very satisfied with the work performed and with the person who did it.

After 2 toddlers and two dogs I didn't think my carpet could be saved. After they were done though it looks like new. The guy was also very polite and I was even a few minutes late getting there and he waited for me. I would definely recommend them to anyone.
