I liked your customer service, You called and updated me on the time you would be onsite. You called 30 mins before - showed up on time and did a great job. Our technician Deondre was extremely professional and polite. He explained your services and wanted to know if I had any questions. He worked "diligently" on a stain we had on the carpet in our bedroom. When he was finished he asked me to do a final walk through of the house to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the quality of the cleaning. The rug was not soaking wet and it is was completely dry within a couple of hours. No odor or musty smell was present. Great job and I would highly recommend your company.
