This service was true to it's name. There was absolutely no residue left on my carpets, it dried very quickly, and still looks great one week and one child's birthday party later. The technician was incredibly nice and professional and I will request him again in the future. My house smells great..not a chemical smell, but a CLEAN smell. I really feel like I got more than my money's worth! Last, but not least, the customer service with Zerorez is phenomenal. The people I spoke with on the phone were sincere in their kindness and desire to make sure I had the best experience possible. Thank you so much! You have my business for life!

The cleaning time is short. The carpets dry relatively quickly. The prices are reasonable. The carpets seem to get pretty clean, though the area by the back door didn't get a clean as should have. That's why I rated the service a 9 instead of a 10.
