Zerorez has always been very honest about what they can clean and what they might not be able to get out of the carpet. I also appreciate the fact that there are no harsh chemicals and you guys have always gotten our carpets whiter than anyone else.. and we did try. The technicians were thorough and were highly interested in making sure they hit any areas of concern for the customer. I hired your company to also take care of some of the Area rugs too. They cleaned one local to address and took others back to be specially cleaned. WOW what clean rugs - they look great, as well as the installed carpets did after the job.
