Very thorough and powerful equipment yet not leaving the chemical residue. Excellent customer care. Prompt service. Went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the results on a heavily soiled carpet. Polite and courteous staff. Very happy, thank you.

The gentleman who came out was very meticulous and very accommodating. He aimed to please. Carpets came out very clean without a smell left behind. Took a little longer to dry than expected but worth it/
