The carpet looks great and dried quickly. James was terrific and took great care with everything. My only complaint is the $15 trip charge on top of cleaning and that I didn't know costs for extra's such as pet stains until James arrived.

Your tech, Kevin, was punctual, capable, and knowledgable of stains, fibers and treatment methods. He calmed my doubts with his confidence as he went about cleaning our basement carpet and discussed how our living room area rug would be cleaned. I tried Zerorez because I had heard ads on the radio and TV, even though my husband wanted us to use Stanley Steamer, a company we felt was dependable in the past. Based on my recent experience with Zerorez, I would definitely recommend your company and use your service again.
