Technician left a liquid in my foryer. I did not notice until 2 days later. the liquid has left discoloration on my tile. Should I try to mop with water? It seems to be a bit sticky.

Zerorez obviously cares very much about their customers and goes to great lengths to make sure they are satisfied. Even though we had some minor issues with scheduling and our service, the manager personally called me to make sure I was fully satisfied. The carpet cleaning service was superb, and they were able to remove stains I never thought would come out. The technician that serviced our home was very friendly and professional and did everything within his power to make sure we were satisfied.
