Effectiveness of the cleansing solution; intelligence,ethics, energy and training of the employee. He really knew his product. The solution was succesful in removing soil and stain and even something glued to the carpet. When asked, he would explain things to me. I don't think he wasted a minute. Very efficient. The carpet was in horrid shape and he turned it into very decent looking carpet. It saved us from replacing the carpet.

My carpet is really clean without chemicals. Tim, the technician was very professional and did an excellent job. He made sure the corners of walls and tables were covered so the vacuum hose did cause damage. I already wrote a review on Kudzu, so no need to check to share this info

We had our air ducts cleans. The technician, Daniel, and his crew were very competent and professional. The expeditiously cleaned the system, explained what was involved, and completed the job and left a clean house.
