We used your duct cleaning service and were very pleased with your environmental specialist, Mr. Richard Bourgeois, and his co-worker. They were professional, proficient, and pleasant. Mr. Bourgeois was very knowledgeable about the process and gladly answered questions regarding the cleaning technique. He also assured us that if we were not satisfied with the service that Zerorez would re-do the cleaning process. We hope that this cleaning will work and help reduce the dust, etc. in our home. Appointment confirmed 3 days prior to appt, called per company when tech was on the way, and technician was on time. Technician(Reginald) was very professional, personable, explained all what would be done, answered all questions about the Zerorez process, and was very thorough. Although my carpet was just needing routine cleaning, it looked great afterwards. The charges are more pricey than other companies, but would definitely utilize Zerorez again (please send Reginald!)

The team came early in the morning. The men were very polite and professional. My carpet looks good and I just love the idea that I could walk on it right away.
