I was most impressed with D'Andre, my Zerorez Atlanta Service Technician. D'Andre was extremely professional and courteous. He possessed good communication skills and spent considerable time, energy, and effort attempting to understand my carpet cleaning needs and expectations. He listened attentively and offered suggestions throughout the cleaning process as to how Zerorez Atlanta could best meet my needs.

D'Andre was very meticulous during the cleaning of my carpeting. He carefully inspected the carpeting to identify the various stains.

When D'Andre completed the cleaning process, he encouraged me to accompany him on a tour of each of the cleaned rooms to ensure the final product met my satisfaction.

Phone communication with the estimator was smooth and his estimate was the final billing. The service professional arrived on time and during the course of cleaning even spent a brief time on hands and knees to get a few stubborn spots out. Our technician was awesome. Kind, informative, thorough, and fast.

The agent arrived on time. We were notified by text that agent was on his way to our home. Upon arrival, he explained what he was going to do. We did a pre and post clean walkthrough.
We had all bedrooms, hall and stairs cleaned. The carpet is sooooo much better. Agent explained the drying time and when to move furniture etc.
