I was so impressed with your technician. Originally, I had scheduled two visits as I wanted to receive one of your specials. When the technician arrive, he quickly assessed the areas that I had requested to be cleaned and at that point he stated that if I had the time, he felt that he could complete both the areas. What a pleasant surprise!! The gentleman was very aware of the items in my home - drapes, furniture, etc. - and made suggestions as to how much better it would be if he would be allowed to move these (drapes). Even though there was a problem with his truck, the technician completed the job in a very professional and efficient manner! I have shared news about Zerorez with several all ready - very impressed!
