Your workers were very nice.
Your virtual representative interpretation of the service was totally different than what was actual performed and stated by the workers. I’m assuming my ducts are clean. Since I could not see them threw the camera that you advertised. I saw pictures from the worker cell phone. I was never informed you would cut the air box. That worries me, not sure if it sealed securely. I will not recommended your company to anyone. However, the workers were nice and helpful.

He was very knowledgeable about carpet. We had makeup stains in the carpet; and he explained how makeup stains may be difficult to get out of the carpet. Plus, we had a pet. He was able to get those stains out of the carpet. Everything smells better and looks better.

He also proposed carpet stechting because we had ripples in the carpet. We may consider that option.

We always get Zerorez to clean our carpet but this time was the best yet. Awesome job. My wife wants to know if we can request this person that cleaned this time. Best cleaning we ever had. He was so aware of the trouble areas and really concentrated especially on those areas. We were very happy with the results. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
