Richard from Zerorez did a fabulous job on cleaning our wall to wall carpet, and honestly they looked like new when he finished. The steps that he cleaned for us were also wonderful!! We were thrilled with Richard and with Zerorez and thank you so very much for such a great job!!!

The job was very professionally done. The drying time was quick. I think i was given a 4 to 6 hour time but it was a little less. My carpet looks almost brand new except for a high traffic area that i have not protected. I am thoroughly happy with the results. All spots were removed. Good quality products. Thanks Zerores!

the technician was very good and accommodating. I was 30 minutes late getting to the house and he patiently waited, causing him to work later on a holiday weekend.

The carpet looked wonderful after he left. The carpet was Installed in 1999 in this particular property. Zerorez has throughly cleaned this carpet twice, 2015 and 2013, and I believe has prevented me from having to replace it. Excellent quality carpet to start, Zerorez really has been instrumental in its care. I wouldn't use anyone else to clean my homes and rentals.
