I have grandchildren and I really like the idea of no residue. I just wish it dried quicker. Our technician said that it would dry in 6 hours, but after 6 hours it was still very wet. It took a full 24 hours to dry. (I had the AC on 72)

I was so grateful that Zerorez was able to accommodate a last-minute request for service. We had a particularly stubborn odor in our upholstered sofa that I was afraid was never going to come out. Not only did they advise me on the best course of action, they didn't try to oversell any services and honored their 30 day guarantee without hesitation. Our technician was a pleasure to work with and I am thrilled that they were able to get our furniture looking and (smelling) like new!
