The technician that came out was very nice and courteous. He explained what he was doing and what the total cost was going to be. He did an excellent job on our floors! The price was a little high ($304), but if the spots don't come back it will be worth it. I know that I have a 30 day period if the spots do come back that someone has to come back out. Carpet cleaner has a nice fresh smell...not too overbearing.
