Avery and Cody, the technicians, were very professional, courteous--explained each step of the process. They worked tirelessly. The results were amazing and I am very pleased with the results. I had 3 types of tile, ceramic, slate and travertine. All tile looks like new. My carpet cleaned by Zerorez looks beautiful. I will use them again and will recommend Zerorez to any homeowner who values quality service.

Great representative who cleaned our carpets

Our family was extremely happy with Zerorez! I was amazed with how clean the carpet was when they were finished! We had lots of little spots and several big spots. I never expected them to all come up! I was just hoping for an overall clean, but to my surprise the spots came up! The employee that cleaned our carpets was very polite and respectful of our house! There was one small issue that Zerorez immediately cleared up! They really stand behind what they advertise! We will definitely use them again, and would highly recommend them to others.
