Using activiated water ONLY to remove dirt and clean. It seemed so scientifically reasonable that I alsohad a very precious and expensive area rug cleaned....and was totally surprised at how the original colors popped out again.

Employees are very courteous and careful around furniture and walls. They use corner protectors and take their time moving long hoses and cords through the house. There are no fumes with their product. They have successfully removed stains and the carpet looks brand new when they are finished.

I have used Zerorez several times and have always been satisfied. That being said, I was satisfied above and beyond with the service and results provided by Ernesto Reves.He was professional, and seemed to be genuinely concerned with my level of satisfaction of his services. He did up sell me for some pet related accidents and it was money well spent.I have Berber carpet that was in bad shape and it truly does look BRAND NEW!I highly recommend Zerorez and most certainly will use their services in the future...I will also request Ernesto! If could rate him higher than a 10...he would be a 100!!!
