Very friendly and competent technician who did a great job. I would highly recommend for residential cleaning. However, I got a quote for commercial cleaning which was twice as much as other carpet cleaners and therefore not doable.

The courtesy of the technician was a big plus. He took care not to do any damage as he brought in his equipment. He was efficient and thorough. The process was not unduly noisy - that is important. I was able to talk on the phone while he was at work in the next room.

Quick & efficient, carpet was minimally wet & smell was almost nonexistent
We love that it's safe, and the carpet dries quickly and feels soft as opposed to other cleaners make the carpet feel like shampoo was left behind.
Speed and condition of carpet when done. A little pricy, but got what paid for.. excellent technician and will use Zerores again.
