Our carpet is 12 years old and this is the best carpet cleaning ever. We were ready to replace but decided to try cleaning just one more time (and with a highly recommended company). That little bit has given us more time before replacing. For several years, I've ended up with brown spots after carpet was cleaned. I would spend the next day removing the brown spots with vinegar and water. NO brown spots at all with Zerorez. Wish I had tried you years ago!
