We have used Zerorez for years and have always been impressed with the product and how well our carpets get and stay clean, but honestly this is the first technician that has taken this much time to explain all of the benefits of the different offers available and diligently worked to resolve our carpet issues.

Mr Huddleston, our service technician, was on time, very thorough and was a lovely person to have in our new home. He offered additional services without pressure to accept. He explained the treatment and offered advice on future spills and mishaps. I hope that the next time we need Zerorez, he will be available.
