Very prefessional

I had my HVAC ducts cleaned. The technicians fully explained the process and did an excellent job. I was shown before and after pictures and was completely satisfied with the results.

I liked that I was informed of my scheduled time and date. The company phoned strait away to give me the arrival time of the technician. I liked a marked company van and uniformed employee instead of white panel van. The service was great and I was treated just as a customer in his own home should be treated. This was the first time I have used Zerorez and I will not use any other company from this point forward. My carpets are clean and look great.

As someone who is allergic to dogs, and had just purchased a home that had dogs and carpet, you came in and 100% eradicated the smell of dog. Not only is the smell gone, but after one week of being here I have yet to sneeze or have any reaction whatsoever to the dogs. I cannot thank you enough.

Your employee was very courteous and professional. The carpets look the best they have in years. I have always rented a carpet cleaner, but our carpets look great now. Afterwards there wasn't that sudsy/soapy feeling when having to walk on the carpets. Of course, I tried to stay off until the carpet dried, but the carpet just felt good on bare feet.
