Not only was the technician very friendly, he knew exactly what he was doing. I was so embarrass of the stains my pets left behind that I just knew he would not be able to get them out. I almost cried when he showed me my carpet. He made it look like new again and could barely tell any accidents occurred on my carpet. I was hesitant on using this company but I was completely wrong. Trying to get people to come out to your house can be a challenge. Are they going to be good? Are they going to do the job that needs to be done? I'm very pleased to say that the technician was cat my house within the first 30 minutes of the time frame that I was given. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable. I walked him through what needed to be done, and added some services from my initial appointment and everything was completed the way I had hoped. I know that if you leave to much spot cleaning residue in the carpet, it can act like a dirt magnet. I chose Zerorez to make sure that the carpets were completely clean.
