Our technician was on time and was able to answer all my questions. I had a creme colored carpet in the basement that he treated and it looked like brand new carpet when he left.

Steve, my technician, was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. My carpets look great--and I didn't have high hopes given that I have multiple dogs who've had multiple accidents on the carpet over the last year since my last cleaning. He is a gem!

The carpet was very clean after the service. Although the technician could not get the permanent juice stains out, the color of the stains were lessened. Also, the service did not take the whole 3 hour window.
