The technician arrived on time and the work he did for us was wonderful. We are getting the house ready to sell and the carpets looked new when he finished. There was no wet carpet and the slight dampness was gone quickly. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone needing carpet or upholstery cleaned. We had a terribly dirty recliner and now it looks great!
