Brandon F. did an exceptional job and took great care of my aunt's rug. He explained and provided steo by step instruction on after care. We are using Brandon F. for future cleanings.

The tech was super nice and polite. The only reason for my rating of a nine, rather than a ten is because we have two stains on our carpet that weren’t there before and we I’ll need a touch up of sorts.
