The technician was early for the appointment. He was very professional and I am very pleased with the staircase and hallway I had cleaned. My carpets are 18 years old and have never been cleaned so I was skeptical that cleaning them would make much difference, but WOW what a difference it did make. I also appreciate that the technician was able to explain other services that I was interested in.
